We offer a 14 day refund or exchange guarantee. The 14 days begins as soon as you receive your order. 

Please contact us at azpersonalshopping@gmail.com or via the contact form to let us know that you would like to return an item. We will then give you all the details you need to make the return.  

 

How do I request a return?

In your email to us, include your full name and order number and reason for return. If you would like an exchange, please include what you would like to change. 

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

- Items must be unused. 

- Items must be returned in original condition in the correct packaging, with the tags still attached.

 

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the problem with the item, along with photographic evidence. Also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We will then give you instructions on your return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

 

Please remember:

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Use a tracked/insured delivery service to ensure the item gets to us. 
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method that insures you the value of the goods as we will not refund/exchange lost returns.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.
